Watches at the Australian Open

This year’s Australian Open captivated longtime tennis fans with a completely unexpected but vintage Men’s and Women’s singles final. Venus Williams capped off a dream run to the Women’s final where she met sister Serena and was ultimately defeated 6-4, 6-4. Serena wore an Audemars Piguet rose gold Millenary Ref. 77247OR.ZZ.A812CR.01 with a pearl white alligator strap while clenching her record-breaking 23rd grand slam title, passing Steffi Graf for the open-era record. Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer continued their decade-long rivalry with a thrilling five-set final where Roger Federer emerged victorious with a score of 6-4, 3-6, 6-1, 3-6, 6-3. This match renewed what many consider to be the greatest tennis rivalry of all time, as it was the first time the two had met in a major final since 2011. Federer’s victory gave him his 18th Grand Slam title ever, breaking his own record once again. After the match, Federer picked up the trophy wearing a Rolex GMT-Master II BLNR, while Nadal wore his own ultralight Richard Mille collaboration, the RM 27-02.
