The Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève has been described as the “Oscars of Watchmaking” for good reason. With 15 awards to be handed out, hundreds of this year’s best releases being evaluated, and a single grand prize handed out to the top timepiece of the year, the Grand Prix has just as much triumph and anguish as any of Hollywood’s top awards shows.
